1. My office jungle is thriving. I just adopted a new plant from the mail room and it's already sprouting new leaves. Working in the midst of all that greenery makes me happy :)
2. Currently reading Peace Like a River and loving it.
3. I recently discovered two things: 1) I really like egg salad and 2) Nick makes fantastic egg salad. My life is changed for the better.
4. Evening walks are back on. The sun has been out lately and Nick and I are trying to soak up what's left of the summer (which isn't much).
5. That brown lump might not look like much, but it represents and incredibly dense, moist, and chocolatey loaf cake. I tried this recipe last weekend and couldn't stop eating it.
